In this two-hour workshop, class participants will learn how to create three of their own mini mandalas based on the colors/energy of the seven chakras tapping into images and symbols that have personal significance to them. During the class, we'll explore the use of essential oils, chants and mudras to enhance the creative process. At class end students will be given techniques for exploring their mandalas as a means of meditation or just to infuse their everyday creativity with new life!
