"7 Poems in 7 Days" Online Class
Based on the "Image into Word: Creating Poetry from Collage" live workshops, in this seven day online version you will create a poem a day - each one unique and using a different formula - over the course of an entire week.
Using daily collage prompts that I'll post each morning, on the Seven Poems in Seven Day FB Group Page, you'll learn numerous ways to look deeply into an image to find the poems that are waiting for you there. Past classes have included haiku, dodoitsu, acrostic, litany, and numerous forms of free-verse. Each workshop is unique, with different prompts for every new class.
Over the course of these seven creativity-laden days you'll begin to discover themes in your own work and will learn how image-born poetry can give us glimpses into our own themes and stories - and the poetry of our lives.
